I have a newer FAAC control box, and using 400 series 220v actuators. when i activate the dual gates, they both open about 20% and then they close and the motors keep running. I do not have any safety features, no photo sensors , no other options or accessorizes .
I have tried the learning process and nothing seems to correct this. There is no binding or obstructions on the gates, i even unhooked them and tried to run the actuators unattached.
I hooked up the actuators to my test bench switch and they both work perfectly.
they are set at maximum torque. any suggestions?
