CB24 delay to close random fault

Hi,

I have a CB24 and a pair of SCS300K 24V arms on a double gate.

All working perfectly for over a year and then all of a sudden the delay to close starts intermittently playing up.

Basically the timer randomly fails to operate. Sometimes fine, other times opens and then stays open until a second button press.

I've tried adjusting the delay POT in case the contacts were dirty but makes no difference.

Has anybody else come across this?
