Hi, can I ask if someone would be able to help with advise as to the correct wiring of a BFT thalia control board with two motors (phobos bt a25) and a hikvision indoor station (gen 2 connected via ethernet/poe)1. Both gates open correctly with BFT remotes. The Hikvision indoor stataion at present only opens one gate instead of two for some reason, and I cannot figure out why. Conversely if both gates are already open then the indoor station will close both gates. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
