Need someone to come and put controls in a gate

I am looking for a company to come to our site near Hull and fit controls to our large safety gate. We have two gates presently, one which I am trying to get working and another which we have taken all the old contactors, relays etc out from the control panel.

We would like this to be put back into action and will need a company to come and do it as we don't fancy trying to wade through all the legislation.

Can anyone do this?
