I had trouble exactly same about 18 months ago.
Again I have lost signal to open gates or use intercom
I have fitted new batteries. When I press the little button in the controller and within 20 secs press the external intercom button it beeps as supposed to. Then within 20 secs I press the two buttons on the handset as shown in the handbook
But it does not beep as to show connected.
The small Came remotes work perfect. But not the phone handsets
Any advice please
