Hello, my gates have been working perfectly, but recently exhibited a few problems. We would close the gate using the remote fob, They would close but then open again.
It is a Rigel box with 2 infra red devices one on each side of the gate.
Then yesterday they seemed to open but when I tried to close them, they "clunked" and seemed to open another 6 inches. (as if they had not completed their travel.
Now I cannot close them. I tried turning power off of the controller and back on again.
The fobs will not work and when I go to the gate entry panel and press the code, it accepts the code, the gates make a noise as if they are trying to open and a strange buzzing noise comes from the gate entry panel. Can anyone help. Thanks Phil
