keypad no longer working

My easykba keypad has stopped working. I have checked all the wires and they are ok. Would it be a problem with the cb11 control board?. I still have power tothe keypad and the light is on. When i type in the code the second light comes on as normally happens but the gates do not move or even attempt too. I assume the wires in the keypad are not accessible so would it be something on the control panel?
